egg draped with smoked salmon & served with cottage
cheese and saladette.
CORONATION CHICKEN
chicken fillet strips served with seasonal salad
andcoated in a mild curried mayonnaise.
PRAWN COCKTAIL
cold water prawns on a bed of salad topped with a seafood
sauce.
FANNED SEASONAL MELON
dressed on contrasting fruit coulis.
DEEP FRIED BRIE
Brie coated in natural
breadcrumbs, deep fried until golden & accompanied with salad garnish
and cranberry sauce.
CHEF’S OWN BROCCOLI & STILTON

braised slowly and presented on a bed of creamed potatoes

a tender roast breast of duck served with a
piquant orange sauce.
POACHED SALMON HOMARDE
a fresh fillet of Scottish salmon lightly poached,
napped in a delicate lobster and prawn sauce.
TURKEY & HAM FRICASSEE
chunks of turkey & ham bound
in creamy white sauce, served on a bed of rice.
