THREE BEAN SMOKEY CHILLI (vegan) (GF)
a medley of red kidney, cannellini & black turtle beans with red & yellow peppers in a lightly spiced smoky tomato sauce.
TOMATO, GOAT’S CHEESE & BASIL TART
sun-dried tomatoes, cheese & basil medley in a golden pastry case topped with goat’s cheese & cherry tomato.
RED ONION & ROSEMARY SAUSAGES (vegan) (GF)
soya sausages enhanced with red onion & rosemary and served with mashed potatoes, peas & vegan gravy.
BUTTERNUT SQUASH, CRANBERRY & RED ONION TAGINE (vegan) (GF)
a mildly spiced vegan tagine with butternut squash, chickpeas, cranberries & red onion served with white rice.
SHEPPARDS PIE (vegan)
a medley of slow cooked mushrooms, carrots & spinach in a rich ale flavoured sauce topped with bubble & squeak patties.
