A three bean mix of kidney, cannellini & black turtle beans in a smokey spiced tomato sauce, with red & yellow peppers.
LEEK FONDUE TART
a mustard pastry tart filled with a creamy leek & cheese sauce topped with a cheese & parsley breadcrumb.
MUSHROOM, BRIE & CRANBERRY WELLINGTON
sautéed mushrooms, cranberries, seasoned spinach with walnuts, peanuts & almonds topped with brie cheese sauce encased in puff pastry.
