Step into a timeless tradition with our luxurious Afternoon Tea – a delightful mid-day escape filled with charm and indulgence. Served on a tiered stand, the experience begins with a selection of finely cut finger sandwiches, featuring classic fillings.
Next, enjoy a freshly baked scone, golden, accompanied by rich clotted cream and sweet, tangy preserves. The final tier offers an array of dainty patisseries and handcrafted cakes – a symphony of delicate flavours and exquisite presentation. As they differ each time we offer an Afternoon Tea, on pur previous sittings we have introduced, trifle, strawberry pavlova, créme brûlée, chocolate mousse and profiteroles to name but a few.
The supplied teas differ each sitting. Please notify us before the day, if you have any allergies or dietary intolerances so we can tailor your experience accordingly.
Complementing the price is your choice and whilst you are eating, our staff will be round with tea and coffee, making sure you are topped up, until such a time we can clear away.
Live Entertainment From Lily Taylor-Ward
If all that isn't enough, and where we differ from many establishments who offer afternoon tea, to elevate your afternoon tea experience with us, we also supply live entertainment by the talented Lily Taylor-Ward, all within the price.
Lily is an accomplished classical soprano from the Nottinghamshire area. She started singing as a member of the prestigious Cantamus Training Choir and has been performing from a very early age in productions, concerts, corporate and charity events. Lily trained at the London College of Music and gained a First Class BA Honours.
Lily has successfully played main parts in numerous shows, including Maria in West Side Story, Nancy in Oliver! Lucy Harris in Jekyll and Hyde and Christine in The Phantom of the Opera. Her performance have been accompanied by full orchestras, jazz, brass and even military bands. Lily has appeared on ITV alongside top personalities and has sung for Royalty, Dignitaries, and Vips and continues to enchant audiences with her stunning voice.
